So how much hair did she lose in the removal of that well-deserved sticker?

Those slings look like they are so cozy, wouldn’t it be nice to be all snuggled up and warm and carried everywhere.

The sticker is worse than gum because it’s bigger, but at least it isn’t as disgusting as gum in the hair. Great picture.

Ouch- my mom used mayo for a similar experience that my sister had- OOOH Thats so much worse than a bandaid. Good job though on the toy pickup.

Ouch. Perhaps the best plan of attack is much the same as a bandaid. Quicker is better!

Oh Georgia… At least it is red for Valentine’s Day :) Can you use “Goo-gone” on the body? That stuff is the greatest for getting off stickers off of stuff – but not sure how good it would be on the body. BTW, if it wasn’t weird, I would profess my love to you for offering up another sling!! You rock!

Hope she wasn’t hurt much. My girl likes to put sticker all over her face but not on her hair yet.

12 Shannon February 13, 2008 at 04:24

I love the sticker! My girls (and my son on occasion) would do the same thing. Or try to put it in my hair instead of barrettes. Thank goodness it wasn’t gum!

one question though, how are you deciding on the sling vs. cover? meaning, i could REALLY use a sling, but really don’t need a cover (well…right now. i’ll eventually have another baby, but i’d rather someone who can use it now have it). Just curious.

I’ve heard great things about peanut shell.

i blogged it at http://www.thedailyburns.com/sling-nursing-cover-give-away/

You know, a little bit of olive oil will help get that sticker out without pulling out any hair. Just an FYI for future stickers…:)

Cute sling!

Very fashionable nursing gear! My son never tolerated having anything over his head when we nursed in public. It’s always a boob show with him!

Sticker Shock for sure! I’ve banned my almost 2 year old from stickers…I think that finding stickers everywhere (especially the REALLY sticky ones) is one of my biggest pet peeves.

The Valentine’s Day peanut shell is very cute…I blogged about it here (http://www.xanga.com/heatherhartman).

Ouchie! Poor Georgia, I hope that she didn’t loose too much hair over that silly sticker!

33 Lisa February 13, 2008 at 14:05

Oh Poor Georgia, cooking oil will work but you will have to wash the cooking oil out of her hair. I think I washed my dd’s hair 6 times before the oil was completely out.
