Me: GASP — Georgia, YOUR room is sooo tidy! It looks perfect!

Georgia: Thank You!

Me: I’m so proud. You’re such a BIG, GOOD girl. You cleaned-up ALL of your toys.

Georiga: I didn’t clean them, I hided them.

I am going to post the ‘Happy Book Day to You ~ the Series’ giveaway later today, but right now there are some dishes and laundry that hiding. * wink *

I need to clean up the kitchen ...

Ha! Maybe I’d enjoy cleaning if I saw it as hiding!

I know all about the hiding… every time my 15-year-old! has to clean her room. God knows that it takes more work to creatively hide all that crap than it would have been to just put it away or clean it up. I just don’t understand.

Butterfly does this too, but with her clean clothes she doesn’t want to wear.

Sounds like she will make a great mom.

Did you know the trunk of your car is a great place for stashing things when people are about to show up at your house in a few minutes?

Georgia gives me some of the best ideas! My laundry hides a lot.
Thanks, Cindi

She’s a smart one, that Georgia!! I hide unfolded laundry when I have visitors. I hide it in all kinds of places, and then hope they don’t want to look around the house for any reason …

She’s so creative! =) I’m like Hannah. I hide unfolded laundry lol. Only, then I forget which cabinet I put it in…

This has got to be one of the most fun blogs I’ve been on in quite a while. The pictures and captions hit home. Our last one just moved out a year ago, but nothing has changed. We have to prep her for our visits so she can “hided them”. Her last 3 years at home she occupied our 1500 square foot basement which essentially became her “domain of mine to mess as I like”. Don’t know where I went wrong…LOL (I’m a complete total neat freak).

Now I have a 2 year old grandson and it takes us hours to clean up every time he visits (not the daughter’s child by the way…this one belongs to our 27 year old son who’s a little neater).

Anyway, I’ll be checking back often to see what’s up with your little ones.

Happy Friday!
Jane

Georgia’s so cute! my eldest daughter does this, too. She hides her toys under her bed so that when we get inside her room, it will look neat and tidy. Sometimes, kids have creative minds.
