I have to confess to often forgetting to send cards. Most of my friends and family are not big card-senders, so fortunately I don’t get put on their “naughty” list.
I like sending personalized cards, not basic box sets. If I forget to order some cards in time, and run out of time to make my own, I don’t bother sending.

I sent out a lot cards last year cause I was in Iraq and the postage was free :) Normally, we just take a picture and mail it to our immediate family.

I am horrible at christmas cards! I figured now that we are so far from all our family & d friends that we should for sure do it…..but here we are, dec & zero thought has gone into it…..need to get on that! & while I enjoy getting cards & updates, I don’t sweat it either way. Seeing as so bad at it o have no room for it.

I usually have good intentions of sending cards out but even when I manage to get them printed and addressed in time, my husband doesn’t manage to sign them. It’s frustrating. I need to just go ahead and mail them, without him. Grrrr.

I like the red cardinals box, btw.

I am so not the faithful card sender. Okay, so I used to be…you know pre-kiddo, but not so much now. And, I’ve pretty much decided that that is a okay.

Some years I send cards but not every year…

I send them out every year – I am usually pretty early, too! With the list hovering over 60 – if I don’t get one from you, you’re off the list (unless you are family or a single man or just had a baby or something)!

I have to admit I think about it every year, I pick out the cards to send and then I never get around to doing although Having 3 boys under 5 might do it too. But this year I am sending out cards but just haven’t bought any yet and as for those cards that have been bought before they were all given away in the spring. But whenever my husband is deployed we always send one to him as well as the rest of the family.

Wow, sign me up for this one! I have not gotten my act together whatsoever to get cards going. I don’t think this will be a card year….unless I win this, of course. :)

I used to send cards faithfully, but I admit FB has made me be a slacker in that dept. The cost of cards has gotten crazy – $.40-$1.00 for each card, then $.45 for postage. I had a HUGE list of people who got cards – $75-100 to send out cards was just too much. Now, most of the people I used to send cards to are on FB and they see pictures of my family daily. I don’t need to plunk down a ton of cash for them to see a picture, saw, ‘Awww!’ and trash it after the holidays. Now I only spend about $15 on cards for family who aren’t online (like my grandmother)and I make nicer, more save-able quality ones.

I send them out every year. I send them out to my friends and family, regardless of whether they sent one last year or not. One year I didn’t get to the Christmas cards, so I sent New Year’s cards. :) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The cards look great in the picutres!! I try to send pictures to our families when I can as we don’t live close. Needless to say I’m a bit behind. I’ve got a couple of grandma’s that are not “online” so I have to send pics the old fashion way.

I am so unreliable with Christmas cards, some years I send them, some I don’t! But usually it’s the bulk boxed kind, nothing cute like these!

I love designing my own cards and sending them out…ever since having a child…love to show the cutie off! ;)

At the same time though I LOVE getting Christmas/Holiday cards. I love to see how much the kids have grown up the last year and the fun card designs too. And so much fun to go to the mailbox and get something other than junk mail or bills!

I grew up in a household where my Mom bought cards every year and they sat on the kitchen counter not addressed or mailed out till after Christmas, in which she promptly put them in her box of decorations to be mailed out the following year. Once I married and moved out, I’ve faithfully mailed out cards every year…even to those who don’t return the favor. I think it probably has something to do with the fact I’m a graphic designer and I don’t get to design things for myself as often as I like and this is my chance.

I faithfully write Christmas cards each year. Some years the photo gets put in with them and they get mailed, other years they sit waiting for “the photo” until June, when I get sick of looking at them and toss ‘em.

Yes, I normally send out cards every year – but haven’t done them yet this year. On my ‘to do’ list for this week. I don’t necessarily take someone off my list if I don’t get a card, things happen & sometimes you just don’t get around to it, but if I have sent cards to someone for several years & never hear from them, they might be taken off the list. My core group of people that I send to isn’t that large, I don’t feel the need to mail to everyone I know.
