Blue Eyes … Blue Skies

We’ve been to the mountains and back. I am a bit sad … spring break is over. I prefer it when the kids are at home and the days are our own.

The good news is, oodles of fresh air and sunshine were had by all.

Big Alberta blue skies, almost made up for the chilly temperatures (5c/40f). It should be warmer by now!

Except in Sam’s case, he couldn’t get enough of his new Power Rangers helmet.

How was your weekend?

I always enjoy going on your vacations with you! The Canadian Rockies are breath taking. The closest I have been to Canada is Niagara Falls!
Your pictures are delightful. The skies and eyes are the most beautiful blue. I have two sons and the Power Ranger helmet certainly struck a chord with me. Cindi :)

Love that helmet! My weekend was filled with a mouse! At least, I’m hoping it’s only one mouse.

Great pics! My weekend started with an 88th birthday party (my Gran’s) then involved Ceilidh (pronounced Kaylee)dancing at a 60th birthday party. In the middle somewhere I watched the Grand National steeplechase. All good fun and helped by the fact we had some nice sunshine in the UK for a change!

After seeing your picture of the Mountains…I am incredibly jealous! We have spring break next week, but so far all that is predicted is rain! I love doing things outdoors with my three kids, but the thought of us all in the house togeter for a week makes me crazy…especially after the incredibly long and cold witer we had! It is time to head outdoors, your pics hopefully inspired me to drive somewhere that it is not going to rain!

I do believe your mountains were way more beautiful than where we were. I can also say I don’t think I saw nearly the caliber of blue eyes such as those sported by your offspring. Haha…that helmet is a riot!
